Is salary related to skin color?

Joni Hersch, a Vanderbilt professor of law and economics, found that legal immigrants in the U.S. with a lighter skin tone made more money than those with darker skin. Hersch also found that taller immigrants earn more. Read more at InsideVandy.

  1. I don’t think this should be practiced. As we noticed taller and fair skinned individuals shouldn’t be treated differently, well in fact I observed that darker skinned people like Asians outperformed other races when it comes to a lot of things. Maybe the reason is just the feeling of superiority in which it is not really fair at all. Anybody deserved to be treated equally regardless of race, color and size?
