The weather and the magnolia trees cooperated again this year as Commencement Day dawned sunny and relatively cool. Always one of if not the most exciting and moving days of the year, Commencement did not disappoint, as the university bid farewell to another class of truly remarkable students.

BlogVU would like to take this moment to give a shout out to one of its own, Caroline Colley, who creatively and enthusiastically kept this blog afloat this year, while also serving as podcast engineer, researcher and writer for the Vanderbilt News Service. She receives her master’s degree today. Congratulations, Caroline, and thank you for all of your hard work.
