The Grapefruit Diet 2.0

Grapefruit has long been a staple of fad diets. Some diets prescribe eating nothing but grapefruit, while others add plenty of grapefruit juice to your diet. Vanderbilt researchers have taken a new approach to this 1970s fad as part of a broad weight loss study. Participants simply eat half a grapefruit before every meal… with some fantastic results.
