You really are what you eat

Your bones are, at least. A new study from the Vanderbilt Center for Bone Biology reveals that dietary protein levels directly impact skeletal development, and can reverse or prevent genetic skeletal defects – opening the door, possibly, to a greater role for diet in preventing genetic disorders.
